Job responsibilities
  • As a product manager you are responsible for understanding the product features, customer journey, and how various applications are contributing to the product and creating a product modernization strategy and roadmap.
  • Provide direct input into the Product development roadmap, including the execution timelines.
  • Works closely with Data Analytics, UX Design, Engineering, Architecture and Quality Assurance to ensure the right customer problem is solved.
  • Manages key relationships and communications with stakeholders including to senior executives.
  • Partner with Architecture, Engineering Lead, UX Design, Cross-Functional Engineering Teams to prioritize and determine timing of the product roadmap initiatives.
  • Develop detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the engineering teams. Maintain prioritized product backlog items for implementation.
  • Analyze market and competitive conditions, laying out a strategy to improved differentiated product feature and deliver s unique value based on customer's demand.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 7+ years with hands-on product management or business analysis experience, technology consulting, or relevant transferrable skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives to completion under concurrent, rigorous, and regulatory deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment. .
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills with experience communicating effectively with a diverse audience - across business and technology partners, including senior leadership.
  • Self-starter; effectively solves problems and shares ideas for improvement with clear prioritization.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to present fact-based recommendations in a clear, logical, and concise way: \"tell a story" with data
  • Exercise sound judgment; act with integrity; protect our company, clients, and customers.
  • Digital Payments or Wires experience is a plus.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experiences in creating, managing, and executing the Product Modernization roadmap by collaborating with Design, Engineering, Architecture and Cross-Functional teams
  • Ability to develop and communicate product development business cases using financial models.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum software development methodology
  • Technical background with knowledge of software development, web technology and mobile technology
